Overview
Copilot Smart Summaries generate the context of conversations, using GPT to analyze the history, read pre-handoff and previous ticket messages, and deliver this smart summary to the service agent.
Solution description
when starting a service, the agent must click the "conversation summary" button. Then the system will read the pre-handoff and previous ticket messages, thus delivering a summary to the agent.
Who can take part?
- Beta available for Macc or Paas Enterprise accounts.
- With a use case of recurring services with customers.
