Beta testers for Sales Dashboard [Beta]

Overview

Sales Dashboard is a new feature that will deliver sales metrics to the manager and reflect fundamental data for the commercial strategy, increasing the perception of value by managers. 

Solution description

In this first version, the Sales Dashboard will deliver three main conversion metrics, by general tag or by queue:

• Completed Sales (%)
• Lost sales (%)
• Average Selling Time (AST)

It will also be possible to view total sales and sales by period using graphs.

Who can take part?

• Customers who work with sales via Blip  
• Those that have the habit of tagging the stages of the sale (e.g. negotiation, completed sale, lost sale, etc.).
