Overview
This is a special message for those who use Blip Desk as a tool to generate profit and close deals!
To further complement the sales journey through Blip, after sending active messages on Blip Desk, it is now also possible to edit contact information directly on the customer service screen.
This feature offers users greater agility and autonomy when registering and updating information on the platform.
How does it work?
- This feature needs to be enabled on the portal through permission, where it is possible to define which users have permission to use the functionality.
- The permission for customer service agents is granted per bot, which means that if a customer service agent works on two or more bots and has been granted permission on a single bot, they will have visibility of the "Edit" contact button on tickets from only one bot where they have been granted permission.
