Overview

With the new features in the Human Customer Service 3.0 block, it's even easier to create your Smart Contact from the Customer Service Template.

The template is a pre-configured model to help the customer start using Blip and evolve the construction of the chatbot quickly and easily.

What has changed?

✔️ Verification of customer service hours.

🆕 Pre-configured hours (08:00 am to: 06:00 pm) with easy editing without the need for a script.

🆕 Configuration of periods of service unavailability (e.g. holidays and seasonal breaks).

✔️ Verification of available customer service agents.

🆕Configuration of customer service queues with different service hours.

✔️ Customer service evaluation.

✔️ Feedback loop on customer service quality.

✔️ Pre-configured reports to analyze customer service performance and quality.
