Crash Analyzer is an extension that provides a detailed and intuitive analysis of your Smart Contact errors, allowing you to identify trends, solutions and valuable insights to optimize the performance of your conversational solution.
How does it work?
With direct integration into the support error database and an intuitive front-end, Crash Analyzer is useful for a variety of user profiles, from administrators to support analysts.
Access the extension's page, enter the number of the contact you want to visualize the errors for. You'll see a bar chart showing the errors over the last three days and, below that, a spreadsheet with a description of each error.
