Overview

In the next few days, the Sales Routines team will make the second version of Post-Sending available to all customers: the General Status Panel for Active Messages in Blip Desk.

Improvement description

With this improvement, it is possible to track the indicators of active messages that have been sent and not yet answered in the last 72 hours. This is an important tool to analyze the progress of active communications made by Blip Desk until they are answered.

Important

If your customer is already part of the Post-Sending Closed Beta, no action is required, meaning that there will be no impact on access for these customers.
