The Human Customer Service Block 3.0 has super new features to make your routine easier!
What has changed?
- Adjustment of engineering problems that made updates difficult;
- Easier to overflow customers so they don't get stuck in the customer service box;
- Expected reduction in the volume of helpdesk tickets;
- Faster and easier onboarding;
- New functionality: Customer Service Hours.
About the Customer Service Hours: As of this update, you no longer need technical skills to set it up! We now have a new interface that enables you to create and edit customer service hours in the 'Customer Service' menu.
