Overview

We've implemented several enhancements to support reports, monitoring, and service history screens to provide more information and optimize the usability and readability of these reports.

Description of the enhancement

This enhancement package includes:

Improved display of monitoring and reporting information icons, ensuring they remain visible to the user.

Standardization of monitoring and reporting data, transparently representing zero time as real time 00:00:00, and non-existent time as "-" to the user.

Addition of service queue information in the Assigned/In Progress section of the monitoring screen.

Addition of average first response time on the monitoring screen.

Inclusion of a Loading Spinner indicating the processing of information on the service history screen.

Addition of an anchor button to the conversation thread in the service history screen, allowing the user to quickly return to the end of the conversation.
