How does it work?
Reputation is determined by spam reports, blocks, and other satisfaction indicators, resulting in ratings that guide your communication strategies.
- 🟢 High: excellent reputation. Your messages are being well received, and user satisfaction is high.
- 🟡 Medium: alert reputation. There are indications that user satisfaction is decreasing. This is a good time to review your communication strategies.
Low: critical reputation. Your sending quality is compromised, with a high risk of banning. Urgent actions are needed to reverse the situation.
