Overview

Enhancements have been made to empower the service manager's journey. Now, it is possible to search for a service using customers' phone numbers.

Description of the Enhancement

We have added a new filter to the Blip reports page that allows you to filter a service based on customers' phone numbers.

Previously, you could filter by contact, tags, agent, queue, ticket ID, or time period. phone number filters' key benefits are:

Ease: You can simply input customers' phone numbers into the contact filter to quickly and effectively find the desired information.

Efficiency: This will make your analyses more efficient, saving you time and effort.
