Overview

The Reply Message feature now allows you to view the messages that customers have responded to on the Desk.

And, as a spoiler, wait for the next new feature: the reaction feature will allow you to include reactions to messages. Stay tuned for more updates!

How does it work

Blip Desk agents and salespeople can now view messages that customers have replied to, similar to WhatsApp.

Previously, the Desk didn't support this type of message, making it difficult for agents to understand the context of customer responses.

Important: if your bot is configured to make calls from the flow via the SDK, Reply will be available from 12/12, through a necessary action, described in this article.

If you have any questions, contact your CSM. If this action is not carried out by 12/12, the reply will not be available in your account.
