Extract service reports and the history of the conversations of the last five years in a centralized dashboard that is easy to access and manage.
How does it work
The report manager is the feature that centralizes the extraction of reports from Blip. With it, you can extract various service reports and also the histories of the conversations held.
Reports can be generated for the last five years, but always for 90-day periods. So, for example, to export a full year's data, four reports will be generated, one for each quarter.
