Overview

It is now possible to track the quality of each template through a score column and risk alerts, allowing for safer decision-making when sending messages.

 

 

How does it work?

The score of the templates is displayed in the table on the Content page and varies according to the message performance.

 

 

When trying to use a template with a low or medium score, the user receives a risk warning.
