I understand that a carousel is not available inside a standard Content block for WhatsApp in Builder. Because of that, I’m trying to send the carousel as an Active Notification (template message) instead.

I followed this Help article:
https://help.blip.ai/hc/es-mx/articles/24288080745111-Carrusel-Templates
…but I feel it’s not descriptive enough for a working end-to-end setup, and several images aren’t loading.

Goal / expected behavior
Send a WhatsApp Carousel template (multiple cards with image + text + CTA) as a proactive/active notification from Blip, using the supported approach.

What I’ve tried (high level)

  • Confirmed we can’t build a carousel directly in a Content block for WhatsApp.

  • Attempted to configure and send a Carousel Template via Active Notification following the article above, but I’m missing concrete steps/fields and the screenshots in the doc are broken.

Questions

  1. Could you share a clear, step-by-step for sending a WhatsApp Carousel via Active Notification, including:

    • Where/how to create/approve the carousel template (and its required components).

    • How to reference that template from Blip (fields, parameters, mapping per card).

    • Any channel limitations (max cards, per-card buttons, media constraints, etc.).

  2. Are there supported examples (payload samples) for a multi-card carousel template and how to pass variables (title, body, image URL, CTA) per card?

  3. Any media hosting requirements (dimensions/format/size) and delivery prerequisites (opt-in, messaging window) specific to Carousel templates?

  4. Can the Blip Help article be updated? Right now, the images don’t load, and more explicit guidance (examples, common errors) would help a lot.

Thanks! A minimal, working example (from template creation to sending) would be ideal.
