Overview
The new Smart Sales CTA (Message) is now live. Now, it's possible to customize the message the brand sends to the user accessing the catalog on WhatsApp. We also provide the Related Products functionality.
How does it work?
It is now possible to customize four (4) fields of the message your brand sends the user to access the catalog on WhatsApp.
Available Fields:
- Title
- Message*
- Additional information
- Button name*
* The message and button name fields are mandatory.
Best of all? The CTA is free, meaning there's no active message cost!
In addition, we offer the Related Products feature. This feature suggests products to customers who are interested in a particular item, according to similarity and/or functionality.
