Template selection now requires linking to a campaign category, and email notifications alert users about changes made by Meta.
Features
Additional Filter on Message Template Selection Screen
- A new filter for mandatory selection of a campaign (Utility, Marketing, or Authentication).
- The platform will only display templates compatible with the selected campaign category.
Email for Template Recategorization
- Whenever a template is officially recategorized by Meta, the Blip platform will automatically send an email to all bot administrators associated with the client.
- The email will contain: identification of the related WABA and bot, name of the impacted template, language, previous category, and new category.
