Starting a conversation is now in your hands and has become even easier.
Description of the Improvement
Content preview: The agent can now preview the content of the message sent directly in Blip Desk.
Favorite message templates: It is now possible to mark active message templates as favorite to streamline the delivery of notifications in the daily workflow of agents.
With this improvement, the agent/salesperson gains agility in finding the most commonly used and successful templates when approaching customers and understanding the context in which customers contacted back again.
